As the Director of Wellable Labs, Brighid’s is dedicated to advancing human capital management by studying how employers can reimagine the framework, norms, tools, and technologies used for workforce optimization. Brighid holds a Master of Science degree in wellness management with a concentration in worksite wellness. She also holds a professional designation in Corporate Wellness Program Management, trained in motivational interviewing and coaching, and holds various group facilitator certificates including smoking cessation, stress management, and diabetes prevention.
Jenny Carrillo – Senior VP of Enterprise & Health Solutions, Vitality Group
Jenny Carrillo, PhD, is inspired by innovative technologies that improve global health and works in healthcare technology to achieve health equity by removing barriers that contribute to health disparities. Dr. Carrillo recently joined Vitality Group as Senior Vice President of Enterprise & Health Solutions. Trained as a Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Carrillo has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, spanning from academia to executive roles in strategy, sales, marketing, external affairs, and cross-functional integration. Her distinctions include an NIH National Research Service Award and Fellow of the Connecticut Health Foundation. She received her Ph.D. from Yale University and was a consultant with McKinsey & Co.
Brea Giffin – Head of Sales & Partnerships, Sprout Wellness Solutions
Brea Giffin has spent years working with companies all over the world to help them implement leading employee wellbeing programs and use them to solve complex and costly business problems. Brea holds multiple degrees across various areas of human health – including a BSc in Neuroscience and graduate certificates in Health Promotion and Workplace Wellbeing. During her tenure at Sprout Wellness Solutions, she has been the driving force behind all new client acquisitions – helping the company go from start-up to scale-up.
